  • Hi Brenda,

    We no longer publish the customer service frameworks for apprenticeships. We're responsible for the registration of learners in Scotland and the certifications of achievers for all customer service and contact centre apprenticeships throughout the UK.

  • Perhaps I could take this opportunity to explain that we have not received any notification of any changes to the current arrangements from any government appointed bodies responsible for these MA activities. Therefore current arrangements continue until such time as any official information is forthcoming.

    As always we will communicate any future change as soon as we receive official notification ourselves.

  • Hello

    Can you please advise if there is a new Certificate Request Form to be completed for apprentices who complete their qualification after 13th April due to the changes made by The Apprenticeship, Skills, Children and Learning Act?

    Also can you please confirm it is still yourselves who issue Customer Service certificates, we received information some time ago that this might be changing and to await a ministerial announcement, but as yet have heard nothing?
