Do you know a Customer Champion?

To celebrate National Customer Service Week we've launched a nationwide competition to find the UK’s top customer service champion.

We're looking for the ultimate service professional who always puts their customers first, constantly goes the extra mile and whose service talents shine above others.

We want nominations for people who go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. They can be a work colleague or someone you know through the service they provide.

Nominate your Customer Champion.

Customer Champion 2010 is an opportunity to reward and recognise colleagues or employees who you think deserve to be applauded for great work they do.

Nominations will be judged by a team of Institute experts and nine chosen regional winners will each receive gifts worth £150. We’re also giving £50 shopping vouchers to the people who nominated the winners.

The overall Customer Champion 2010 will be announced during National Customer Service Week and the winner will receive a luxury weekend break for two worth £1,000.

Comments

  • To nominate someone for the Customer Service Champion, do they need to have completed an ICS Professional Award or be a member of ICS?
