Institute sponsors dissertation prize at University of Brighton

The Institute has sponsored the prize for the most outstanding final year dissertation in the field of customer service for the last two years.

This year's winner was Marina Kiefer who submitted a paper entitled Customer experience in German luxury selling environments: Expectations and realisations.
