Training accreditation
TrainingMark provides a national accreditation of an organisation’s internal customer service training programme.
Having your training courses independently recognised by the UK’s professional body for customer service will allow you to demonstrate that your training meets national standards for customer service.

Who will it benefit?
Research undertaken by the Institute shows there is an increasing demand for developing and delivering reputable customer service training that meets national standards.
The accreditation programme will benefit:
- medium or large organisations who have established customer service or contact centre training courses
- organisations developing internal customer service or contact centre courses

How does it work?
An accreditation manager will be assigned to your organisation and he or she will work closely with you to assess your current position against the Institute’s requirements. If appropriate, they will also provide feedback on how to enhance your training.
After a careful evaluation has been completed — and provided the requirements have been met — you will be awarded a TrainingMark for an initial period of one year. You will be able to use this Mark on your training and other related material.
How much does it cost?
The cost to organisational members of the Institute is £4,000 plus VAT and for non–members it's £5,000 plus VAT for accreditation.
There's also a fee of £2.50 plus VAT for each certificate we issue, and a £25 plus VAT fee for each invoice we issue, regardless of how many certificates are bought. Membership — including certification — is available for £36 inc VAT.
