ServiceMark is an organisational accreditation which consists of self-diagnosis, customer satisfaction measurement and independent assessment.

What’s involved?
You’ll need to pass three components:
- self-assessment (via our ServCheck survey)
- customer feedback measurement (via our UKCSI business benchmarking service, for example)
- independent, on-site assessment
