The ATG e-commerce trends in Europe survey reveals that, while many retailers have extended their online offerings into Europe, few cater for local needs. The research examines the attitudes towards online shopping across seven countries and indicates some areas of opportunity. There are marked differences in buying behaviours between countries but, more importantly, areas where businesses can improve the online shopping for their customers and some immediate opportunities for growth.
This white paper answers these questions:
- what a successful internationalisation strategy should consider
- if and when online and physical stores can go hand-in-hand
- how to compete and succeed online
The paper is available from ATG's website resource centre.
