Institute social media forum held at this year's Call Centre Expo.

Open Institute forum held at Call Centre and Customer Management Expo 2010 (Birmingham NEC). We'll look at how social media usage can:

  • help us acheive corporate goals
  • protect and improve brand reputation
  • open up new communication channels

  • Alex Brown, senior manager of customer experience at Virgin Media, who'll discuss Virgin Media's use of Twitter (and hopefully give us some real time examples)
  • Stephen Hampshire, development manager at The Leadership Factor (Stephen writes for our blog and is an expert in advanced statistical analyses and satisfaction and loyalty measurement methodology)
