Forum hosted by Ufi Learndirect on using social media to build communities and encourage self service.

Learndirect is an adult, online training provider that has enabled nearly three million adults to gain new skills. As part of their National Customer Service Week celebrations, learndirect providers Ufi will share their experiences of using social media to help build a flourishing student community and encourage self sufficiency in access to services.
