The Institute is responsible for the registration of learners in Scotland and the certifications of achievers for all customer service and contact centre apprenticeships throughout the UK. Details of the customer service and contact centre National Occupational Standards can be found on the Council for Administration (CfA) website. The CfA is also responsible for the Apprenticeship frameworks.
