How does it work?

The psychometric test was developed with business partner Caliper UK. It takes around 30 minutes to complete online, with the results available almost immediately. They compare your applicant directly with the top customer service performers in a sample of Institute members, all of them major UK organisations.

The data produces a low, medium or high rating for seven areas:

  • problem-solving
  • assertiveness
  • helpfulness
  • confidence
  • diligence
  • empathy
  • sociability
