Hot air balloons risingICS Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is now available for ICS Bronze, Silver and Gold members.

Designed for members keen on furthering their careers, ICS CPD provides a framework for developing knowledge and skills.

CPD involves people taking ownership of their own development, highlighting their strengths and development needs. They set themselves specific learning and development objectives, and work through them.

Individual members who undertake CPD will demonstrate that they have consistently delivered good customer service and continue to meet the ICS Professional Standards.

What ICS CPD boils down to is a strategy for success. It’s a personal commitment by members to keep up their professionalism and work on specific skills as part of their career development.

ICS CPD is about members knowing where they are today, where they want to be in the future – and making sure they give themselves every chance of getting there. It’s vital to their future because, in today's highly competitive environment, ongoing development can make the difference between success and failure.
