Customer service training accreditation

TrainingMark provides a national accreditation of an organisation’s internal customer service training programme.

Having your training courses independently recognised by the UK’s professional body for customer service will allow you to demonstrate that your training is of the highest quality and gives you a tangible advantage over your competitors.

Who will it benefit?

Research undertaken by the Institute shows there is an increasing demand for developing and delivering reputable customer service training that meets national standards.

The accreditation programme will benefit:

  • Large organisation’s who have established customer service or contact centre training courses
  • Organisations that are developing large-scale internal customer service or contact centre courses
  • Specialist service providers who deliver high volumes of customer service training events

How does it work?

An accreditation manager will be assigned to your organisation and he or she will work closely with you to assess your current position against the Institute’s requirements. If appropriate, they will also provide guidance and advice on how to enhance your training.

After a careful evaluation has been completed — and provided the requirements have been met — you will be awarded a TrainingMark for an initial period of one year. You will be able to use this Mark on your training and other related material.

How much does it cost?

Organisational members of the Institute will be charged £4,000 and non members £5,000 for accreditation. Certificates will be issued to all individual achievers at a cost of £15 per person.

An achiever will also be eligible to join the Institute as an individual member when they have successfully completed a training course accredited by the Institute.
