Taster session run by Accelerator Solutions in association with ICS for two ICS training programmes.
FirstImpressions is a 20 hour activity based programme designed for delivery via group training, while ServiceManagement is a 30 hour improvement programme which is also designed for group training.
On successful completion of either programme, delegates are awarded an ICS Foundation Certificate in Customer Service along with Professional Membership to the Institute of Customer Service for 1 year at Foundation Membership level.
During this session, we’ll be covering some of the key topics and demonstrating a few activities – enough to give you a flavour of what these full programmes could achieve.
