ICS ServiceManagement is a course for managers and team leaders who want to manage their customer service teams through motivating and inspiring people.

ICS FirstImpressions is a 20-hour course for front-line staff that'll provide them with information, ideas and knowledge which will make great improvements to their customer service skills.

The training will be provided by our partners, Lagta Group Training.
