Accelerator Solutions offer a free taster session for two Institute training courses. They'll run through a few of the course activities and show you how organisations use the training.

ICS ServiceManagement helps customer service managers and team leaders:

  • organisea a team to deliver reliable customer service

FirstImpressions is aimed at front-line customer service staff.

Once the course is completed, staff are awarded an ICS Customer Service Foundation Certificate along with individual membership to the Institute for a year.
