Customer service forum hosted by Carnival UK on the Cunard liner The Queen Victoria in Southampton Docks.
Speakers include
- Giles Hawke, sales and customer services director, Carnival
- Carol Marlow, managing director, P&O Cruises
- Nick Burrows (head of customer service) and Andrew Baldwin (communications manager) on service recovery
