Forum looking at partnership working hosted by Unilever and Careline Services Limited.

Unilever and Careline Services have worked in partnership to run Unilever's call centre.

Topics include:

  • Overview of how Unilever and Careline Services work in partnership: Mike Wills, manager, Unilever contact centre
  • UK Customer Satisfaction Index: What the public doesn't like about call centres
  • Communication, learning and understanding: Mike Wills and Phil Hood, Consumerlink manager, Unilever

Attendees can sample some of Unilever's products (Unilever produce Ben and Jerry's ice cream). Lunch will be provided and there'll be plenty of time to network with other customer service professionals.
