A SOCAPiE workshop that will introduce attendees to the Strengths Deployment Inventory. It'll cover:
- An insight into what makes effective interactions with others
- An understanding of what motivates us to behave the way we do
- A personal record of their own behavioural drivers
- A greater understanding of others behavioural drivers
- The ability to value the different perspectives of others
- An awareness of how to use SDI as a tool for handling conflict
- Strategies for positively influencing others
