NHS Sefton have joined ICS. The Trust was established in 2006 and serves a population of around 280,000 people; it arranges NHS care for everyone in Sefton, purchasing services from other healthcare organisations and professionals.

“If we are aiming for World Class Service it makes perfect sense to align with the Institute of Customer Service,” says assistant chief executive Barbara Strong.
“The benchmarking, people development and best practice learning opportunities offerred by ICS will prove extremely beneficial to us, as we further develop our culture and people to be truly patient focused. We are delighted to be the first PCT member in the North to join ICS and we are looking forward to a long and rewarding relationship.”
