ICS ServiceMark

What is it?

ICS ServiceMark is the national customer service standard that takes the voice of the customer into account, giving you the chance to show how good your service is to the people that matter most (find out more).

How do I get started?

For more information email servicemark@icsmail.co.uk or call 01206 571716.

You can also start your application online (link opens in an external site).

Can I do it?

Organisations from the public, private and third sectors can apply. It’s been designed for small, medium and large scale organisations.

Why should I do it?

Achieving the ServiceMark will help you:

  • increase profits
  • put customers at the heart of your organisation
  • identify where improvements are needed and develop action plans

Find out what East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council have gained from achieving the mark.

What’s involved?

You’ll need to pass three components:

  1. Self-assessment
  2. Customer feedback measurements
  3. Independent assessment

Download Your Guide to Achieving (PDF 2.5MB) for a detailed view of the scheme. You can also read about the standard in more detail.
