The UKCSI is the National Measure of Customer Satisfaction from the Institute of Customer Service.
It’s no secret that customers are attracted to - and stay with - organisations that do best what matters most to them. So it’s in any organisation’s interests to give as much customer satisfaction as possible, as efficiently as it can.
UKCSI can help you to:
- see how different UK sectors perform
- find out how the best organisations perform
- discover whether customer satisfaction is improving
It can also help:
- organisations assess their own service levels and measure themselves against the best
- governments to predict economic growth
How much does UKCSI cost?
The charge for UKCSI is £2,500 + VAT.
