Mark currently has responsibility for delivering Customer service to O2’s 25m Consumer and Business customers. Passionate about making every day better with an approach that every customer counts.

Mark has worked for over 20 years within the Customer Service industry. During this time he has worked for and with brands such as Vodafone, BT, Sainsbury’s and the public sector. He has also gained broad experience in developing and leading successful partnerships delivering results through a high degree of collaborative working.
