Trafford Wilson became the Managing Director of Customer Service for BT Business on 1st July 2015 having worked across BT Global Services, BT Consumer, BT Wholesale and Openreach from 2006 in senior leadership roles within Finance, predominantly within Billing & Collections as well as Revenue Assurance.
He joined BT in April 2006 from Cable & Wireless after 10 years where he led Global Billing & Collections and Revenue Assurance overseeing operations in Europe, ASPAC and USA. Prior to his time in Telecommunications he started his career as an engineer within the offshore Oil Industry before subsequently training in accountancy earning a Professional Qualification as a Chartered Management Accountant whilst at Royal Mail Group.
He graduated with an Honorary Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering, Communication Systems. He enjoys road cycling, adventure sports a nd spending time with his family.
