Service Wellbeing & Resilience Workshop (23 Jan 2026)

Delivering exceptional service in high-pressure situations requires resilience, focus, and composure. This half-day workshop equips front line customer service professionals and their team leaders with practical strategies and tools to manage stress, build resilience and sustain performance. Participants will leave with a daily workplace resilience toolkit
The workshop includes:
- Understanding emotions & the emotional cycle
- Managing stress & recognising burnout
- Exploring the stress-performance curve, early warning signs of burnout, and how prolonged emotional cycles affect wellbeing.
- Emotional regulation tools & techniques
- Building daily Resilience at Work
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Recognise emotional triggers and understand how the Emotional Cycle influences thoughts, behaviour, and wellbeing.
- Use practical emotional regulation techniques to stay calm and in control.
- Identify early signs of stress and take action before pressure becomes overwhelming.
- Apply a daily resilience toolkit to common workday situations.
The workshop runs in a small group of a maximum of 12 participants, which gives plenty of time for your questions. The virtual format includes group work, information sharing, and learning from best practice and the latest insight. Our facilitator will present, review scenarios and provide you with examples.
We can run the session in house for your organisation for groups of 10 to 12 people.
