Louise Moghaddam, Head of Customer Services, New Look



Louise originally trained as a social worker but moved into the customer service field in 1996 and has stayed there ever since. Over the last 20 years she’s worked for high profile fashion brands such as Top Shop, Dorothy Perkins and Asos. She’s currently Head of Customer Service for New Look where she’s responsible for service strategy and performance across 600 retail stores and contact centres.
Louise is passionate about empowering people, staff and customers, to help drive improvements in the customer experience.
Interests include earwigging on her teenage sons’ private conversations, spending time with her new german shepherd puppy, jazz music, cooking and buying second hand furniture from eBay that she doesn’t need.
