Sarah Threadgould, Group Marketing Director, Which?
Sarah studied French & Spanish at Bristol University and joined the graduate scheme at Procter & Gamble as an Assistant Brand Manager.
For the next 7 years she looked after a range of brands from Flash and Fairy Liquid through to Max Factor and Olay skincare, before leaving the FMCG world to join Marks & Spencer where she headed up a number of teams including Brand, Planning, Marketing Programme and Business Development for M&S' e-commerce business.
From there, Sarah moved to HSBC, heading up first the UK marketing team and latterly the Global Marketing team for HSBC's Commercial and Global Banking divisions.Sarah moved to Which? almost 2 years ago as Group Marketing Director with responsibility for all marketing activity, customer experience and brand guardianship.
Across these varied roles and the different sectors she has experienced, Sarah has maintained a passion for in-depth understanding of customer needs, developing compelling product and service propositions that tap into the opportunities identified and finding innovative routes to market to drive growth.
