What is the criteria for the Best Customer Service Co-Creation/Collaboration Award?
This award is open to any organisation that has successfully engaged with a sector of its customer-base to research, analyse and bring to market a co-created product or service or has collaborated with another organisation to deliver exceptional customer service. Entrants needed to supply information relating to the strategic intent of the co-creation / collaboration, the drivers behind the decision and the expected and actual outcomes.

Legal & General Retail Investments (LGRI) is part of the Legal & General Group, whose retail arms provide insurance, pensions and investment products to help customers protect themselves and their families throughout their lives. Its co-creation resulted in an ambitious programme serving vulnerable and disadvantaged customers. Part of the process involved a powerful, challenging and extremely moving training film, co-created with physically disabled customers who’ve experienced real problems when communicating with large faceless organisations. The film has been shared with over 100 other companies.
