This award is open to any organisation that has successfully engaged with a sector of its customer-base to research, analyse and bring to market a co-created product or service or has collaborated with another organisation to deliver exceptional customer service. Entrants needed to supply information relating to the strategic intent of the co-creation / collaboration, the drivers behind the decision and the expected and actual outcomes. 

This was another very close decision by the judges as all of the finalists had showed that collaboration or co-creation is ingrained in their organisation and forms part of the DNA of the business. Ageas has created a completely new model to shape how household suppliers work with each other and Ageas to create innovative solutions for its customers. It attributes its success to trust, empowerment and teamwork which today forms part of the philosophy of the business. Well done Ageas
