Winner 2016 - Cofely Workplace & North Tyneside Council
This award is open to any organisation that has successfully applied technology as part of an overall strategy to improve its customer service and satisfaction offering. Technology can be new, existing or applied in an innovative way to give competitive advantage. Judges looked for evidence that the technology has provided a specific solution and how the integration of the technology is measured as successful.
Under a 10-year partnership contract with North Tyneside Council, Cofely will deliver a range of key services, and deliver guaranteed savings totalling £33.8m through investment in improving systems and services. Its work in developing the council’s digital presence has been enormously successful resulting in a vast improvement in customer service. Well done to Cofely and North Tyneside Council.
