Steve Dacre, Customer Experience Development Manager at NGN, created this in-house film to help promote and drive the up take of the Qualifications. As a result of this film he had a further 28 people sign up for a Qualification. Steve was happy for us to share his film and NGN's experience of undertaking a Professional Qualifications programme.
