Online fashion retailer ASOS has offered customers the ability to try items before they buy them.
UK app users can use the service on any of the company’s 85,000 products, sending back any items they don’t like.
They will then be able to pay for the items they keep within 30 days of the order being dispatched, with no interest or fees, using digital payment service Klarna Pay Later.
“We are constantly looking for new ways to improve the ASOS experience for our 15.4 million customers around the world,” said Nicola Thompson, global trading director at ASOS.
“We know people love the option of paying later only for the things they keep, and are excited to introduce this for customers shopping on our app in the UK.”
In the January 2017 UK Customer Satisfaction Index from The Institute of Customer Service, ASOS was one of the top rated companies, scoring 85.8 points out of 100.
In fact, only Amazon received a higher score of 87.3, compared with the average of 77.8.
In recent months, the company has added a photo search function to its app, allowing customers to find similar items to photos of clothes, and same-day-delivery to its London-based customers.
