Ageas Insurance celebrates a second ServiceMark accreditation

Ageas is one of the first insurers to achieve the ServiceMark accreditation for the Motor, Home and Travel insurance end to end customer journeys.

Commenting on the accreditations, Andy Watson, CEO Ageas UK said:

"Ageas is one of the first insurers to achieve the ServiceMark accreditation for the Motor, Home and Travel insurance end to end customer journeys.

We achieved an overall score of 90.00, considerably higher than the Finance Insurance Sector top score of 77.5, demonstrating world class customer service and enabling us to benchmark against best practice."
