Bupa receive their membership plaque from National Account Director Anne Murray

Nick Crossland, Director of Customer Service is presented with the membership plaque for Bupa. When recieving the plaque he commented:

''At Bupa we place a great importance on the service we give our customers. We are open to new thinking and see joining the Institute of Customer Service as a logical step in our journey.''
