Laithwaites Wine Contact Centre Manager, Andrew Babbage, featured in the accompanying image receiving the ServiceMark plaque commented:

The ServiceMark accreditation has allowed us to benchmark our service against other sectors and has offered us a target to strive towards. We are very proud to receive this accreditation, and will continue to work towards a ‘world class’ service in future surveys.”
