Lowry Outlet achieves ServiceMark
In September 2015 Lowry Outlet, which is part of Peel Outlets, were assessed and achieved The Institute's ServiceMark accreditation.
Lowry Outlet is based at MediaCity, Salford Quays, in Manchester and is an outlet shopping mall offering 70% off high street prices. The Assessor commented that there was evidence of commitment to an extremely high level of internal and external customer service, apparent at all levels and in all roles encountered throughout the team. A number of areas previously identified for improvement have been addressed since committing to ServiceMark and actions put into place. The Assessor was pleased to see that many of these actions have been implemented and that there was a clear commitment to implementing others in due course, as well as ensuring that providing an excellent customer experience remains a focus for all employees.
