Openwork Limited has been awarded Approved Centre status in recognition of its strong customer service focus and commitment to quality in its ICS qualifications programme.
Openwork joined The Institute in 2012 and have gone from strength to strength with their programme. They have a strong focus on the coaching culture throughout their organisation which references many of the ICS qualification requirements as part of their Behavioural Framework. They already have 10 Coaches and 3 Assessors in an organisation of 350 people.
Sarah Mason, ICS Qualifications Programme Manager at Openwork said: “Our ongoing commitment to our customers features throughout our organisation. Every member of staff will be tasked this year with evidencing not just what they do but how they do it and one of our key visions is that we will continue to invest our time and efforts into making it easier for our Advisers and their customers to do business with Openwork and deliver service excellence."
