Entrants needed to present new and fresh ideas that have the intention of improving satisfaction levels and a measurement system to support any improvements.LV= received the awards for the development of a Paperless Life Claim Process that has improved the service quality for grieving customers at a time when it is most needed. The innovation may be simple but it has delivered for LV, giving a real competitive advantage.
