2015 winner - Oracle Customer Service Strategic Leadership Award
This award recognises any Chairman, CEO, Board Director or Senior individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision in the field of customer strategy serving as an inspiration to others. Judges looked at evidence of vision, leadership, communication and successful outcomes from the deployment of developed strategies. Entrants for this category were nominated by their peers or colleagues. Jamie’s nomination came with the support of every one of his 125 strong Carillion Customer Experience Centre team. The care for his colleagues and the results he achieves through the initiatives he implements show that his focus is simply on delivering the best for his team and his customers.
