Our Annual Conference is the UK’s largest platform for customer service thought leadership and best practice. It features top speakers from various industries and is ideal for business leaders and service professionals, from board members to managers.

Next year, our theme will be ”The future of service – leadership in an uncertain world’. This theme will explore what it means to lead and deliver outstanding customer service in a period of constant change and uncertainty. It will focus on how organisations can stay resilient, adaptive and customer-focused while navigating evolving expectations, economic pressures, technological change and shifting ways of working.

Frequently asked questions

All pre-registered delegates will receive their login credentials via email one week prior to the event. This will provide access to the event app, where you can build your schedule, view the programme, network with other attendees and more.

Your ticket will be issued in the form of a QR code within the event app, which will also be sent to you via email. On arrival, all delegates will be required to register using this QR code.

All delegate details must be submitted a month before the event. This includes full name, job title, and organisation. This ensures that personalised name badges can be prepared and that each delegate receives their individual QR code for registration and all event communications.

The full joining instructions will be shared approximately 2 weeks and then 1 week before the event. These will include venue information, the full programme and travel guidance.

Registration opens at 08:00, along with coffee and access to the exhibition area. The conference opening statement begins at 09:15 and the event will conclude at 17:00.
