The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Customer Service

We are the secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Customer Service, which is run by and for Members of the Commons and Lords.

We invite expert speakers and organisations from outside Parliament to meetings to provide their perspective. The APPG conforms to rules concerning transparent funding and working in a cross-party manner.

We established the APPG in July 2014 to raise awareness and understanding of customer service amongst parliamentarians, and to establish a dialogue with UK organisations across all sectors.

Members are drawn from across the political spectrum and we typically debate the impact of customer service on economic growth, business performance and public services. The high street, transport, the skills agenda, AI, data and employability are also recurring themes.

Please note, this is not an official website of the House of Commons or the House of Lords and has not been approved by either House or its committees. All-Party Parliamentary Groups are informal groups of Members of both Houses with a common interest in particular issues. The views expressed in this section of our website are those of the group.
