Bespoke Research and Insight
As well as the Research and Insight we publish as a member benefit, we undertake research projects on behalf of member organisations, to help them better understand their customers, the evolving environment, their customer experience performance and how to improve it.
We design and undertake surveys, interviews or focus groups with your customers and if required with employees or other stakeholders.
If you are undertaking Business Benchmarking, which measures your customer satisfaction based on questions in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI), we can offer bespoke options including additional questions or analysis that give specific insight about your customers. We can also help you frame survey questions and reporting requirements to maximise the value of your benchmarking survey.
