An exciting opportunity has become available for a fully qualified Finance professional, who is looking to join us during an exciting period of growth & change.
Working as a Senior Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of the finance department, including line management responsibility for the Assistant Finance Manager. You will control and provide information essential to managing the organisations financial resources and maintain/control the Institute’s financial accounting records in accordance with established UK accounting conventions, including the control and payment of salaries.

This is not an account management role, our Client Development team are experts in that. Rather your job is to bring in new clients, once a new client is safely onboarded you’ll be straight back in the market securing new business.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a critical part in attracting new members from regional, national and multinational organisations. Expanding our portfolio and maintaining effective networks to ensure the Institute is positioned as a ‘must have’ with the appropriate profile.
What we are looking for...
To be successful in this role, you’ll be selfless, commercially savvy a confident influencer and communicator, with a professional and confident personal presence that gives you credibility with business leaders. You’ll have significant experience of delivering new business targets through interacting at the most senior levels in your client organisations, and a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding your targets. A passion for customer service and a thorough understanding of its relevance to organisational performance are vital. You’ll need to have a strong understanding of current general business issues and thinking.

A clean driving license is essential in this role.
This is a one year maternity contract, so the need to hit the ground running and meet targets is vital.
