Events and Public Affairs Manager

Purpose of role

Review, enhance and manage our Events programme with the aim of raising our profile, enhancing member and non-member engagement and increasing revenue .

Work with the Marketing & Communications Director to define and implement the Events and Public Affairs strategies

What we are looking for:

Knowledge

Thorough knowledge of events management and event marketing

Sound knowledge of and interest in UK politics and public policy issues especially those relating to business

• Ability to analyse and interpret data to provide tangible outputs

• Able to manage changing requirements as well as multiple overlapping projects at one time

• IT skills: skilled in use of hubspot or similar digital marketing platforms, basic Adobe CC, SQL and HTML skills an advantage
