Jonathan Cowie is the Chief Executive of leading South West landlord, Plymouth Community Homes, and Co-Chair of Homes for the South West, a collation of the 12 largest social housing associations in the region. Jonathan previously led the focus on service as COO at Sovereign and VIVID, and CEO at City West Homes in Westminster.
Customer service has been a constant priority and passion in Jonathanās career; prior to joining the housing sector, he held senior leadership positions in telecommunications at BT & Cable & Wireless. Jonathan currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for the UK Institute of Customer Service and Magna Housing.
