Pierre Coppin is a senior leader at Sky Group, where he leads strategy and transformation across large customer service teams. With over two decades of experience across media and telecommunications, his career spans consulting, commercial and marketing roles, giving him a strong perspective on how strategy turns into real-world outcomes. He has deep experience in building and growing new businesses, including playing a key role in the development and growth of Sky Mobile.
In his current role, Pierre focuses on simplifying customer service and improving everyday experiences for customers and frontline teams. He is particularly interested in the practical use of data, technology, and AI to remove friction, speed up resolution, and support better human interactions at scale. He believes AI is most powerful when used to redesign how service works end to end, rather than as a standalone efficiency tool.
Pierre is an executive sponsor of Sky’s Parents and Carers Network, supporting inclusion and flexibility at work. Outside of Sky, he enjoys travelling, spending time with his wife and children, and generally having a good time and enjoying life!
