Suleman joined UK Power Networks in May 2015 as Director of Strategy & Regulation.

His responsibilities now also include Customer Service, Strategy, Regulation and Technology which are core to UK Power Network’s business strategy.

Suleman has led the customer service improvement within UK Power Networks resulting in the organisation being rated the number one network operator for customer service, the number one utility in the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) rankings and the only utility organisation to feature in the ICS’ top 20 service organisations in the UK.

Previously Suleman was a Managing Director at Accenture, leading the utility network operations practice in the UK.

Suleman has 25 years utilities experience, delivering business transformation, company restructures, strategy development and operational performance improvement.
