James began his career with Auto Windscreens in 1992 as a Trainee Technician and has been part of the business ever since. His progression through operational and leadership roles has given him a comprehensive understanding of the organisation from the ground up, shaping a practical, performance-driven approach to leadership.

With decades of hands-on experience across service delivery, operations and commercial strategy, James brings a strong focus on operational excellence, customer experience and sustainable growth. His engineering background underpins a commitment to quality, innovation and continuous improvement across every area of the business.

As Managing Director, James leads with a clear emphasis on partnerships, accountability and long-term value creation. He is focused on strengthening relationships across insurance, fleet and corporate sectors, while ensuring Auto Windscreens continues to evolve in line with industry technology and customer expectations.
