TAN Meeting – Thursday 13 May

The Trusted Advisory Network/ Council meetings provide an opportunity for members to gain insight in The Institute’s future activities, share best practice and network with peers.

These meetings run alongside our wider member events programme and provide a fantastic opportunity for Trusted Advisory Network members to engage with leading organisations and learn about how they are rising to the latest customer service challenges. It is also a chance to network with like-minded individuals from a range of organisations and sectors to discover how The Institute has helped them on their journey.

This will be a physical event, location tbc.
