After spending over 20 years in HR and transformation roles for major international organisations, Chris joined E.ON in 2014 and undertook a number of roles before being appointed Chief People Officer for our UK business at the start of 2018 and more recently in 2023,  taking over as CEO, E.ON UK.

Having achieved considerable success in business transformation, Chris has vast experience in developing the culture and diversity of businesses to reflect that of their market, deliver on ESG commitments and create social value.
