Head to Head with Michelle Prance​ (Mettle)

Our CEO, Jo Causon, will be meeting with Michelle Prance, CEO of Mettle, as part of our Head to Head series to discuss leadership and challenges faced.

Michelle is a qualified Economist with commercial success in bringing new digital products to market and transforming businesses. As an early fintech innovator and influential collaborator, she has created solutions that grow value at the highest levels of the banking industry.

She has worked across retail, commercial and investment banking customer businesses in a variety of product, innovation and strategy roles. Previously she worked at Credit Suisse, ABN AMRO, CMC Markets and Lloyds Banking Group. She joined NatWest Group in 2021.

She supports colleagues as a mentor and coach, combining business acumen with emotional intelligence so that everyone can find purpose to be both themselves and successful.

Michelle joined Mettle at a pivotal stage in its growth and her experience will be instrumental in helping Mettle to continue to offer simple and effective banking experiences tailor-made to the self-employed community.
