Rowena is a Managing Director at Accenture, leading Customer Sales and Service across the UK and Ireland. With over 25 years of experience, she has a proven track record of helping clients drive meaningful change, particularly in enhancing their customer service propositions. A passionate advocate for customer-centricity, Rowena is committed to ensuring that customer needs are embedded at the core of strategic decision-making.

Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of industries, including public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, with deep expertise in financial services, energy, and retail.

In addition to her role at Accenture, Rowena serves as a judge for prestigious industry award panels such as the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service and the European Contact Centre Awards. She is also a regular contributor to leading online customer experience publications.

Her specialties include data-driven customer experience, CRM business & solution architecture, contact centre operations, multi-channel strategy, business transformation and more.
