
Regional Member Meeting – Risk & Reputation – 12 Jun 2025
This regional event is exclusive to members of The Institute. Jo Causon, The Institute’s CEO, will be hosting this 2.5 hour session with Ruth Jefferson, CEO, Wessex Water.
This meeting will focus on Risk and Reputation – Why Service Matters and the Role of Good Governance. This session will look at how customer service is seen as a reputational risk, how this affects service strategy and investment and proactive risk management.
We will open the meeting for an interactive discussion and encourage all members to attend and participate, as it is a great opportunity to share ideas, network with peers, and learn from business experienced professionals.
